Prices are subject to change without notice. Final price will be mentioned at the time of checkout. Reason for this clause is that diamond prices rise every year and gold fluctuates a lot.

We only Ship within North or main land. The shipping address cannot be changed under any circumstances, once the package is shipped out. UPS or Fedex or USPS will not be able to change the address even if we call them. The package can only be returned back to us. If you go to the UPS or Fedex or USPS station and show them your identification then the package will be delivered to you.

Please note, we require a proof of delivery (Adult signature) for all shipped orders. As these are expensive items, as per our company policy, we will not be able to ship any order with a ‘’no signature required’’ request.

Shipping rates and methods are dependent on the item(s) you purchase, destination of your order, and the shipping method you select. Your order must be received and your credit card must be authorized by 11:00 a.m. CST for your order to be processed on the same business day.

All items in stock will be shipped within 2 to 3 business  days. Out of stock items will be shipped in 5 to 7 business days.

Shipping of non-standard ring/bangle size: Please allow an additional 1-2 business days if you have requested for a ring/bangle in a non-standard size. Standard ring/bangle size information is located on the product page.


Returns and Exchange Policy


Customer Return and Exchange Policy

http://www.jbfinejewelers.com is dedicated to delighting you with your jewelry purchase and our services. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item as per our Guest Return and Exchange Policy.


- Returns and exchanges are permitted within 7 days from the purchase date for jewelery.

- The jewelry must be in good condition with all original certificates and accessories.

- All the merchandise must be unworn, unaltered and in original condition to be accepted for return or exchange. All packaging, instructions and warranties, as         applicable, must be included with the return or exchange of the jewelry.

- Returns or exchanges are not allowed on custom designed or customer requested size jewelery, class rings and engraved jewelry. Since we will not be able to       sell these items to any other customer, hence the exchange will not be allowed.

- We will return the amount of the purchase to the original purchaser upon producing original sales receipt.

- For Cash refunds over $200, it might take up to 21 days as the check is issued from the corporate office.

- We will credit the same account of the original purchaser from which the payment was made. If the payment was made through a credit card, then the same         one will be credited for the same amount of returned merchandise.

- Gift returns with receipt can only be exchanged or converted to a gift card or towards purchase of other online jewelry

- All the returns without a receipt can only be exchanged or converted to a gift card at the current price. No current promotional discount will   be applied to         them.

Returns by Mail

 The items which are purchased online or ordered via telephone through our customer contact center can only be returned via mail.

You need to follow these basic steps while initiating a return process:

- In a rare occasion if you receive a defective piece, please contact our customer service center immediately at (832) 886-6860 for further assistance.

- Please read the information on your original packing slip. Enclose the original packing slip with the item.

- Pack the item securely in a tamper proof package. If possible, please use the original package. Please enclose the original or a copy of the   packing slip.

- If you do not have your original packing slip, please provide us with your name, address, phone number, email address, and the order number.

- All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

- For the protection of the expensive merchandise, we recommend that you use a shipping method that provides insurance and tracking services from providers       such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS for your return. Please ship the return package to the address indicated on the packing slip: 3 Sugar Creek Center Blvd, # 100,         Sugar Land, TX 77478

- Please keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning safely until the money is credited back to your account. You may even track your       return package to ensure that the package is returned to our distribution center safely.

- After we receive your returned product, it may take up to 30 days for us to issue the refund. The delay is caused as we need to check the metal and stones for   ensuring that they are the same ones as the original product. Refund will be credited to the same form of payment used   in your original purchase.

- All products must be returned in good condition, unworn and with paperwork (such as embellishments attached or diamond certificate) and accessories to ensure   a full credit. No modifications should have been done to any merchandise which will be returned to us.

- Handling or other additional costs will not be refunded, unless you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item and report  the same within 24 hours of         receipt of the jewelry.

If your diamond is chipped, broken or lost from its original setting, we will work with your insurance company, if an insurance claim is involved. We will provide all possible assistance, to help you in the event of claim
